You can choose up to 7 colors for each custom patch. Additional charge will apply if you would like to have more than 7 colors.
Yes, we offer different backings, such as no backing for sew on, heat-seal backing for iron on, self -adhesive backing or stick-on. Velcro backing, plastic backing, button loop,...etc..

Embroidered patches are made by stitching different colors of thread onto twill fabric. In terms of dimention, you'll have the best result with embroidered patches.
On the other hand, if you're looking for something more detail-oriented, sublimation patches will be the one you seek. we use heat transfer technique to dye colors onto a substrate fabric, therefore we would be able to recreate the intricate designs or wordings of your artwork.
What if you want to have both dimention and detial? We can do both for you! By intergrating embroidery and sublimation, the patch will be simply amazing.

Measured in INCH: (width+height) / 2, and then rounded up to the nearest 1/2".
For example: width 2.5" and height 1.125", the overall size is (2.5+1.125)/2= 1.8125, then the overall patch size is 2".
